Are you an organised and detail oriented Financial Services Administrator looking to grow your career in the financial planning industry? Liverpool City Centre based IFA Practice are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their dynamic team in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.

The Role

  • As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Preparing client documentation, reports, and correspondence.
    • Managing and maintaining client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Liaising with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
    • Assisting with the processing of new business applications and ongoing client reviews.
    • Supporting compliance and adhering to industry regulations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in financial services or a similar financial services administrative role.
  • Ideally, knowledge of financial products and services (e.g., pensions, investments, protection).
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
