Looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organised Administrator to join a lovely, welcoming team. This is a varied role that combines general administration with reception cover, supporting all departments across the company and ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day. This role would suit someone who has experience working in Administration and has covered Reception duties.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across all departments
  • Filing, scanning, and accurate data entry
  • Assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks as required
  • Supporting the PA and reporting directly to the CEO

Reception & Front of House

  • Provide reception cover during breaks, holidays, and periods of absence
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and deliveries
  • Greet visitors professionally, ensure sign-in/sign-out procedures are followed, and issue visitor passes
  • Distribute post and parcels to staff in a timely manner
  • Offer refreshments to visitors and maintain kitchen and reception areas
  • Monitor office and kitchen supplies and place orders when required
