A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Compliance Coordinator to join a growing financial services firm. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of home working alongside regular visits to offices across the North West. Working closely with senior management, you will support the firm's risk and compliance function, taking ownership of key Training & Competence (T&C) activities while helping to maintain a strong regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the firm's Training & Competence (T&C) framework in line with FCA requirements.
  • Review adviser files, competency records, and monitoring activities.
  • Produce management information and reporting relating to competence oversight.
  • Support the maintenance of policies, procedures, and risk registers.
  • Review financial promotions to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with risk management projects and business-wide compliance initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Keep up to date with regulatory developments and industry changes.

Requirements

  • You must have experience within wealth management compliance, risk, or Training & Competence (T&C).
  • Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
