We're recruiting on behalf of a friendly and welcoming business that needs extra support for an exciting website project ahead of a major launch in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organised, detail-focused work.
You'll be supporting the SEO and Marketing team by reviewing website content, updating spreadsheets, making minor website edits and ensuring everything is accurate before the new site goes live.
You don't need to be a marketing expert. If you're confident using Excel, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working methodically, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing website content and comparing it against project aims.
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets using filters and sorting functions.
- Identifying content that needs moving, updating or removing.
- Making minor website content edits.
- Flagging more complex changes to the Copy Writer.
- Supporting the team to ensure the website project is ready for launch.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Has previous administration experience
- Excellent written English skills
- Is confident using Microsoft Excel, including filters and sorting
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
- Can work independently to meet deadlines and manage their own workload
- Is available to commit to the full four-week assignment
- It would be great if you also have
- Experience updating website content
- Exposure to Word Press or another website content management system
- Experience supporting a marketing or digital team

- Full-time temporary assignment for approximately four weeks
- Monday – Friday 9.00am -5.00pm
- Hybrid working with two days per week in the office (Monday and Tuesday)
