Client Support Executive – Financial Planning
South Manchester | Office Based
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
A well-established and growing financial planning firm in South Manchester is looking for an experienced Client Support Executive to join its team.
Working closely with Financial Planners and supporting an established client bank, you’ll play an important role in delivering a high-quality service to clients while ensuring all administration and new business is handled accurately and efficiently.
The Role:
- Providing day-to-day support to Financial Planners
- Managing client administration and new business processing
- Liaising with clients and product providers
- Preparing valuations and annual review meeting packs
- Maintaining accurate client records and managing outstanding tasks
- Supporting the smooth running of the client service process
About You:
- Experience within financial planning, wealth management or an IFA environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Confident dealing with clients and providers
- Able to manage your own workload and take ownership of tasks
- Good IT skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
