We’re looking for a hands-on Installation Manager to take the lead on print and signage projects from site survey through to final install. This is a role within a well-established and growing business, created to bring greater consistency, accountability, and operational control across our production and installation processes.
You’ll be the key link between our customers, design team, production, and installers—making sure work is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standard our business is known for.
Key Responsibilities- Visit sites nationwide to carry out surveys, take measurements, and assess installation requirements.
- Liaise directly with customers to discuss project details, timelines, and on-site requirements.
- Work closely with our design team to review and coordinate artwork and layouts ahead of installation.
- Manage and carry out installations of signage and large-format printed graphics.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontract installers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain consistent installation standards and processes across all projects.
- Problem-solve on site and adapt to any changes or challenges as they arise.
- Proven experience in signs and graphics installation (required).
- Strong knowledge of vinyl application, signage systems, and large-format graphics.
- Experience within the print, signage, or display industry.
- A practical, organised, and hands-on approach to managing installations.
- Confident communication skills when dealing with customers, teams, and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Sign making or production experience.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other design software.
