You will work closely with the child, family, therapists, and wider multidisciplinary team to support therapeutic programmes, encourage independence, and create meaningful opportunities for play, learning, social interaction, and community activities. We are seeking staff who can bring enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity to every shift. Essential Requirements Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs. Full UK Driving Licence. Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be available to work all shift patterns listed below. Shift Patterns Weekdays 6:30am - 9:30am 2:45pm - 9:00pm Weekends & School Holidays 7:00am - 2:00pm 2:00pm - 9:00pm Essential Experience Candidates must have previous experience and competency in: Cerebral Palsy Suctioning (Oral Clearance and Nasopharyngeal) Epilepsy Management Oxygen Therapy Gastrostomy Care Jejunostomy Care Administration of medication through specialist techniques
