The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.

You’ll be supporting residents within a live-in care setting, helping them with day-to-day living and working towards their individual goals. Your role will focus on promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing, enabling each person to live safely, comfortably, and confidently within their home environment.

You’ll provide person-centred support with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, social engagement, and household tasks, while encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible. Every day offers the opportunity to make a real difference, and your support will play a vital role in enhancing each resident’s quality of life.

What We Need From You

  • Experience in care, support work, or a genuine passion for helping others
  • A willingness to learn and develop, including completing all mandatory training
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team
  • Patience, kindness, and compassion when supporting individuals with varying needs
  • A person-centred approach, ensuring support is always respectful and tailored to each individual
  • Reliability and commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a live-in care environment
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
