Fridays 16:00 – 18:00. Saturdays 10.30 – 15:30pm and day long shifts in school holidays ad hoc. Who will you be helping to make life better for? Prestige Nursing & Care Leicestershire Branch are seeking dedicated and passionate Community Carers to join our care and support team. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to your clients in their own homes on a one to one basis. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client. We are looking for Community Carers who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.
