Role Overview: Complex Care Worker based in Plymouth. Pay range: £14.02 – £21.03 per hour, paid weekly. Full UK driving licence is essential for driving the client’s vehicle. Free DBS, holiday pay, and a pension scheme are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care tasks and support with activities of daily living.
- Administer medication, including insulin pens and PEG medications.
- Carry out complex care tasks such as nebuliser use, automatic cough assist machine, oral suctioning, and PEG feeding.
- Prepare and encourage fluids and nutrition.
- Assist with companionship, outings and domestic duties, including shopping trips.
- Maintain skin integrity and update care records.
- Support the client’s mobility and safety during travel.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Paid previous experience as a professional carer.
- Full UK driving licence and business insurance.
- Flexible availability, including every‑other weekend.
