Professional Female Support Worker in Manchester
From £13.75 per hour depending on experience
Shift pattern: 4-6 hours per shift
A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle along with business insurance is a requirement.
At the request of our clients, we require females only who are proactive, bubbly and observant. Our clients are looking for reliable, supportive and outgoing support workers to assist them in their day to day lives, whether that’s getting out and about, getting involved in activities or just having a fun and vibrant day!
Our clients have a variety of hobbies, such as sports, shopping, heading to the gym and getting out into the community etc. Usual daily tasks / needs include:
- Daily living skills
- Calendar management
- Assisting with cooking and cleaning
- Facilitating / attending appointments

In fact, we don’t do POP INS full stop, it’s a minimum 4 hour shift.
We are super organised and create your rotas for you in 7 WEEK BLOCKS, minimum. No more getting your rota on a Sunday for that very week. Our office team are really relaxed and supportive, we’re here to support you as much as our clients.
We have a variety of work and shifts all over Manchester, this will support you as a valued colleague to have a healthy work / life balance. We are specialists in what we do and are proud of the care that we deliver. The work you do and the clients you support are varied, interesting and you’ll learn a lot as well as building relationships over a period of time.
Everyone uses us for their care packages, such as Solicitors, Case Managers, ICB’s, and our local council’s.
Do you need experience? As much as experience is highly preferred for all of our roles, we do consider applicants that have come from other care related roles as we do offer excellent and high standard training.
In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
