Prestige Nursing & Care Chichester & Worthing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Professional Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide high-quality care and support to people living in their own homes across Chichester, Worthing, and surrounding areas, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

As a Professional Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s individual needs. Duties may include:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Medication support
  • Meal preparation
  • Mobility assistance

  • Supporting clients to access their local community

You will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure care is delivered safely and in accordance with individual care plans.
