We are seeking professionals who have experience working with clients with Acquired Brain Injuries.
Requirements- You must be a driver for this role and have business insurance on your policy or be willing to add it on.
- Monday to Friday - 8am till 2pm
- Support with mobility
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and light household chores to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
- Administer medication as per care plans and monitor health conditions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities, ensuring safe transportation
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Pay rates are inclusive of holiday pay at 12.07%
