Base Salary: £26,559
On-Call Supplement: £2,300 per annum (1 weeknight + 1 weekend in 6)

Are you ready to take the next step in your care career? At Prestige Nursing & Care East Lancashire, we’re looking for a compassionate, organised and proactive Administrator to join our office team. This is an exciting and rewarding role where you’ll help plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals across Lancashire. This role will be office based but will also involve going out and working on care shifts within the community. The ideal candidate will have experience with working hands on within the home care sector and also have an understanding of the daily tasks and responsibilities that come with the office based part of the role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with creating and managing staff rotas and allocating shifts
- Ensuring staff training, compliance and documentation is up to date
- Supporting with recruitment and on-boarding of new care staff
- Supporting with candidate interviews and processing on-boarding documents
- Liaising with the office team to provide support where required
- Handling inbound/outbound calls
- Carrying out care shifts as and when required (must be willing to do personal care)
What You’ll Need
- A strong understanding of care/homecare
- Excellent administrative, communication and IT skills
- Calm and solution-focused approach under pressure
- Experience of conducting interviews for new candidates
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
