The Franchise Recruitment Lead is responsible for the pro-active lead generation and the franchise recruitment process. You will identify suitable prospects and take them through the franchise recruitment process, from the initial qualification call through to them joining the network. This role ensures prospects are fully armed with all the information they need to enable them to make the decision to purchase the franchise, whilst ensuring all candidates meet the brand criteria and values.
Responsibilities- Manage inbound franchise enquiries from first contact to contract signature
- Qualify prospects against financial, operational, and cultural criteria
- Present the franchise opportunity via calls, meetings, and discovery events
- Guide candidates through due diligence, business planning, and funding discussions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Work collaboratively with Franchise Recruitment Manager and the wider Epsom support team
- Ensure compliance with franchising legislation and internal processes
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, discovery days, and networking events
- Deliver inspiring PowerPoint presentations to prospects
- Present the Franchise Model with passion and knowledge
- Full understanding of the Franchise Agreement
- Have an in-depth understanding of the business plan and the financial model
- Be available to answer prospects questions via phone, email, webinars, and face-to-face meetings
- Be able to travel to meet with prospects nationwide as and when required
- Contribute to sales team meetings
- Develop strong and positive working relationships with all colleagues and departments
- Any other reasonable duty that falls within your capabilities

- External Stakeholders: Franchise Legal Support, Franchise Finance agent, British Franchise Association, Franchise exhibition suppliers, Banks, Atlas mapping

Formal qualifications are not necessary, however demonstratable industry experience and the use of IT support systems is a requirement. Alongside good numerical, verbal & written communication skills.
