We are seeking professionals who have experience working with clients with Acquired Brain Injuries. You must be a driver for this role and have business insurance on your policy or be willing to add it on.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am till 2pm

Working Location: Knutsford

Job Role:

  • Support with mobility
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with meal preparation and light household chores to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Administer medication as per care plans and monitor health conditions
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities, ensuring safe transportation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
