Complex Care Nurse

Your duties as a complex care nurse will include:
- Support to maintain the delivery of our complex packages
- Support clients in their own home under the supervision of the branch nurse
- Support carers and able to lead a shift in the clientβs own home
To be a successful complex care nurse, you will have:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with NMC and active PIN
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience including community or hospital setting
- Management of clinical risk management and individualised, person-centred care planning
- Experience of safeguarding adults and children
- Effective communication skills β verbal and written
- Ability to work on own initiative as well a part of a team β self-motivate.
