We are looking for reliable, caring and professional Children's Support Workers to assist our active and fun loving young female client. This will be after school (1430 - 2200) during school holidays and weekends. Our client enjoys swimming, dancing, days out to the Zoo and being out and about loving life! You will be working 2:1 supporting our client at home, and in the community with all aspects of daily living including Personal Care.

You will have a number of shadow shifts and person specific training sessions to provide you with the skills and confidence you need to provide person centred support.

Experience of supporting children with complex behavioural needs and knowledge of Norfolk Steps/PBS is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. Due to the nature of the role, paid UK care experience within the last 6 months is preferred, as much as this is a complex care role, we will consider applicants with other experience, such as children support work etc.

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
