Community Care Assistant Rushmere £12.70 – £19.05 per hour with weekly pay Mornings, afternoons or evening shifts are available and can be flexible to work around you. Whilst our branch is situated in Ipswich, much of our work is in and around our towns and villages within Ipswich. We offer a variety of care services; however, we do pride ourselves on the excellent support and care we deliver, specialising in homecare and support work. What our clients are looking for We are currently looking for care assistants to visit our clients and assist them with medication, meal support, personal care, and socialising. In addition, this individual would have the opportunity to develop skills in areas of low-level clinical skills with further scope to train within more complex care. Experience working within care is an advantage, but not necessary for the right candidate. You would be supporting individuals to live independently within their own homes, on a part time basis, and would have consistent individuals with whom you would build a rapport with. Do you need experience? As much as this is preferred, we do offer an excellent care certificate training programme for anyone who is new to care.
