Prestige Nursing & Care Chichester & Worthing is recruiting experienced Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Chichester, Worthing, and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for care workers who want to progress beyond standard domiciliary care and develop specialist complex care skills. You will support clients with personal care, medication, daily living activities, and companionship, while working as part of a dedicated care team around each individual client.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, medication, daily living activities, and companionship as part of a dedicated care team.
  • Follow individual care plans, complete accurate care records, and maintain professional communication with clients, families, colleagues, and the nursing team.
  • Report any changes in client health or wellbeing promptly.
  • Work towards complex care packages through training and competency sign-off.
  • Assist with specialised care tasks as required, including those within complex care packages.

Qualifications and requirements

  • At least one year of paid care experience.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Reliable, caring, punctual, and willing to learn.
