What we are looking for:
- We are seeking a caring and dependable Support Worker to deliver high quality assistance to a young man with autism, supporting him to access and participate in activities within the community.

About the role:
- Providing person-centred care on a 1:1 basis
- Supporting client to participate in activities in the community
- Regular shift every week
Requirements:
- Must be local to Radstock
- Previous experience working in a similar role
