Are you an experienced carer who specialises in supporting individuals with complex needs?

Hours – Various nights and days available

Pay – £14.20 – £15.23 per hour

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced Complex Care Assistants to provide high-quality care for clients in their own homes.
  • A rewarding role supporting individuals with complex medical needs, requiring confident and compassionate carers with proven experience.
  • Primary service areas are Bristol East and Bath; travel between these locations may be required.

About the role:

  • Delivering care in the client’s own home
  • Following detailed care plans and clinical guidance
  • Working closely with healthcare professionals and family
  • Promoting comfort and dignity at all times

Preferred skills and competencies:

  • Complex care experience (essential)
  • Epilepsy management
  • Home ventilation
  • Stoma care
  • JEG feeding
  • PEG feeding
  • Catheter care

Requirements:

  • Must be local to Bristol
  • Previous complex care experience
  • UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Be reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with the client
