We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Complex Carer to provide dedicated support to an individual with complex health needs in the Bath area. This role includes monitoring seizure activity overnight to ensure safety and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference by helping the individual remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their own home. The ideal candidate will be attentive, dependable, and confident in responding to overnight care needs.
About the role:- Delivering care in the client’s own home overnight on a 1:1 basis.
- Working closely with health care professionals and family.
- Night shifts 10pm – 8am.
- Additional ad-hoc day shifts available throughout summer.
- Must be local to Bath/Paulton area.
- Previous experience providing complex care.
- Experience caring for individuals with autism.
- Driving licence is preferred due to location.
- £14.46 – £15.20 per hour.
- You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions, eLearning courses & shadow shifts.
