Care Coordinator - Prestige Nursing & Care East Lancashire

Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (plus on-call rota)

Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required

Contract: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 30 min unpaid lunch)

Base Salary: £25,915 - £28,600 (DOE)
