Are you an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client in the Worthing area with a range of clinical care needs in a home setting.
About Prestige Nursing & Care Worthing
Our purpose is to provide high quality, community‑based specialist home care and support. We aim to work together to achieve the goals of each of our varying clients, and to make lives better for our clients.
Duties include:
- PEG feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Nebulisation & suctioning
- Epilepsy & seizure management
- Hoist transfers & bowel care
- Chest physiotherapy
- General care
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in complex care (required)
- Confident in clinical tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high‑quality care

- Full induction, paid training, and shadow shifts (You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts)
