Others have complex needs, such as spinal injuries, stroke rehabilitation, tracheostomy care or ventilator support. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting clients at home with personal care, medication and daily living.
- Working in a consistent team around each client.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and their families.
- Keeping clear, accurate care records.
- Reporting any changes in a client's condition to our nursing team.
- With training and competency sign-off, developing skills in:
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition.
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning.
- Ventilator and respiratory support.
- Catheter care and continence management.
- Spinal and neurological injury care.
What we're looking for:
- At least one year of paid care experience (domiciliary, residential or hospital).
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (essential).
- A real willingness to learn and take on complex care.
- A kind, patient and professional approach.
- Good written and spoken communication.
- Reliability, and a commitment to continuity for our clients.
- The right to work in the UK.
