At Prestige Nursing & Care Chichester, we are proud to deliver specialist, high-quality, nurse-led care to adults and children in their own homes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Nurse to join our experienced team and support the continued growth of our complex care services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with strong clinical leadership to shape care delivery, mentor carers, and contribute to improving client outcomes across the Chichester and surrounding areas.
Purpose of the RoleAs a Nurse, you will play a critical role in:
- Providing clinical oversight, risk assessment and support for adults and children with complex needs
- Training, assessing, and supervising professional carers to ensure safe, evidence-based care
- Leading the clinical components of care delivery for your client caseload
- Collaborating with case managers, MDTs, commissioners, and other stakeholders
- Championing clinical excellence and continuous improvement across all touchpoints
- Lead and manage the clinical aspects of complex care delivery
- Support mobilisation and safe implementation of new care packages
- Provide expert guidance on person-centred care plans
- Conduct competency-based training and supervision for support workers
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings, reviews and client visits
- Promote adherence to clinical standards and national guidelines
- Identify new clinical care streams and contribute to service development
- Manage clinical governance, complaints, and quality improvement measures
- Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience (hospital or community)
- Experience in complex care, clinical risk management, and care planning
- Strong training, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Experience in safeguarding adults and children
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
- A positive, proactive, and compassionate approach to care
- Must be flexible and available for on-call responsibilities
