The role involves supporting clients with a range of complex care needs in their own homes. This may include supporting individuals with neurological conditions, physical disabilities, or long-term health needs. Consistency, attention to detail, and confidence in delivering care are essential. We’re particularly interested in carers who take pride in building consistent relationships with the people they support.
What we are looking for:
- Previous care experience (essential)
- A strong understanding of delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with families and professionals
- Reliability and a commitment to consistency for the people you support
- A full UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential
