This is a full-time, on-site Registered Manager role based in England, United Kingdom, covering the Chichester & Worthing areas. The Registered Manager will provide day‑to‑day leadership and oversight of the home care service, including managing care coordinators, field staff, and office teams to ensure safe, effective, and person‑centred care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing care planning, assessments and reviews

  • Proficiency in using care management systems and standard office software to support efficient, compliant service delivery
  • Relevant health or social care qualification (e.g. NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it)
  • Previous experience in a registered or deputy management role within domiciliary or community care is highly desirable
