We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This office-based role plays a vital part in supporting complex care delivery, clinical governance, staff training, and client assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee clinical components of complex care delivery
- Support assessments, mobilisation and implementation of care packages
- Conduct risk assessments and develop person-centred care plans
- Deliver clinical training, competency assessments and supervision to carers
- Liaise with MDTs, commissioners, case managers and families
- Promote best practice, safeguarding and clinical governance
- Maintain high standards of care quality and compliance
- Support branch growth and development of clinical services
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
- Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience in community or hospital settings
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
- Experience in safeguarding adults and children
- Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable:
- Teaching or mentoring experience
- Coaching and leadership experience
- Experience developing policies or managing change initiatives
