We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This office-based role plays a vital part in supporting complex care delivery, clinical governance, staff training, and client assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee clinical components of complex care delivery
  • Support assessments, mobilisation and implementation of care packages
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop person-centred care plans
  • Deliver clinical training, competency assessments and supervision to carers
  • Liaise with MDTs, commissioners, case managers and families
  • Promote best practice, safeguarding and clinical governance
  • Maintain high standards of care quality and compliance
  • Support branch growth and development of clinical services

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience in community or hospital settings
  • Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
  • Experience in safeguarding adults and children
  • Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

  • Teaching or mentoring experience
  • Coaching and leadership experience
  • Experience developing policies or managing change initiatives
