We are seeking a Support Worker to provide 1:1 support for an elderly gentleman living with dementia. Your role will focus on helping him enjoy the activities he loves, such as trips to the cinema, meals at the pub, and other outings within the community. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support our client in maintaining their independence, well-being, and quality of life. You will provide person-centred support, ensuring he feels safe and happy while accessing the community and enjoying meaningful experiences.
About the role:
- Providing support on a 1:1 basis
- Delivering support and care out in the community
- Driving licence, own car and business insurance are required

- Must be local to Yate/willingness to travel to Yate
- Previous experience working in a similar role
