Complex Care Assistant
£16.01. Enhanced rate for bank holiday and weekends
waking night staff from 7pm – 7am
Our Derby branch are all long serving and have a vast knowledge of the area and our client base. Our purpose is to provide high quality, community-based specialist home care and support. We aim to work together to achieve the goals of each of our varying clients, and to make a difference in their lives.
What we are looking for:
IGH has complex physical healthcare needs, stemming from a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy with severe global developmental delay resulting from birth hypoxia, which also led to brain damage. She has profound and multiple learning disabilities, contributing to significant speech and communication difficulties, and she is non-verbal. IGH is NIL by mouth and receives all nutrition and medication via a PEG tube. Additionally, she can display behaviours that may challenge, requiring specialist care and support.
Care experience is required for this role. You do not have to be a driver for this role.
