What we are looking for:

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist a gentleman with learning disabilities, out in the community. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference by supporting an individual to live safely and independently, whilst providing person-centred care.

About the role:

  • Providing support on a 1:1 basis
  • Delivering support and care out in the community
  • Driving licence, own car and business insurance is preferred OR willingness to travel by bus with the client

Requirements:

  • Must be local to Yate
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
