What we are looking for...
As a Professional Carer, you'll be supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community. Your role will focus on promoting independence, dignity, and well being while delivering care that is tailored to each person's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing care and support in the home and community
- Working in line with individual care plans and risk assessments
- Delivering care in a person-centred manner
Requirements:
- UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Previous experience in a similar care role
- Must be local to the Bath and Bristol area
