About the Opportunity:
The firm is currently seeking Appointment Makers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), Business Development Associates (BDAs), and Associate Assistants with Private Equity experience ideally to support their in-house financial advisers. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in client-facing, telesales, or appointment-setting positions, particularly within offshore financial services such as financial planning, investments, or insurance. You will work closely with a team of Financial Advisers, playing a key role in generating qualified appointments through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted research.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Source new prospects through social media platforms, including LinkedIn
- Contact prospective clients via telephone to introduce services and arrange appointments
- Respond promptly and effectively to company-provided leads
- Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales process
- Coordinate calendars and schedules to arrange meetings at suitable times
- Maintain relationships with prospects from initial contact through to appointment
- Liaise with third parties involved in the sales process, including pension administrators, trustees, and insurance providers
- Meet and exceed KPI targets and performance metrics
- Strong interest in building a career in financial services
- Willingness to learn and progress toward Level 4 financial qualifications
