What to Expect in the Role: The initial phase of your journey will involve immersive, hands-on learning in financial planning, with a focus on European regulations and Swiss-based client servicing standards. You will:
- Learn the full client journey from prospecting to onboarding
- Gain exposure to report writing, financial analysis, and portfolio structuring
- Train in the firm’s proprietary tools and planning processes
- Enroll in professional qualifications including CISI and CII certifications
Comprehensive support will be provided for exam preparation, alongside ongoing internal training through both an accredited apprenticeship provider and a dedicated Learning & Development team.
