Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will act as a driving force for our continued commercial growth - actively seeking out new agricultural opportunities while maintaining and developing existing client relationships across the community. Your Responsibilities Supporting the growth and development of the Agricultural Insurance Business. Providing expert and prompt insurance advice to new and existing customers. Identify, prospect, and convert new agricultural accounts to expand our regional market footprint. Delivering outstanding customer service in order to build enduring professional client partnerships. Visiting new and existing clients \"on farm\" to review policy covers. Achieving monthly/annual sales and growth/retention figures. Reviewing client insurance portfolios. Why work for Us?
