Trainee Broker

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using targeted call lists.
• Promote and explain products/services clearly and confidently.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
• Overcome objections and convert conversations into leads or sales.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Attend regular sales training and team meetings to improve skills and performance.
