Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Investment Associate to join our dynamic Investment Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, pitching, and closing investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing and Execution:
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, advisors, and intermediaries to source proprietary deals.
Introducing the clients products to prospects.
Load clients.
Business development position.
Strategic Initiatives:
Contribute to the development of the firm’s overall investment strategy.
Identify industry trends and market dynamics that may impact the firm’s investment focus.
Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Knowledge of fixed income products.
3 years of experience closing deals over the phone and face to face.
Business development background.
Deep understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
