My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Investment Broker to join their direct team within the investor relations department. They are a well-established medium sized housebuilder with a proven track record for over 26 years in building high quality and award winning developments in the South West of England and South Wales. As part of our ongoing expansion they offer a range of property development investment opportunities for investors.
Background: You will be working from our sales office based in London where you will support and add to an existing successful direct sales team.
Role of our Investment Consultant:
- Contacting warm sales leads that have shown interest in investing into fixed-rate investments and capital growth property-backed investments.
- Understand the client’s risk and investor viability for our product.
- Build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions in order to understand the individual investor profile i.e. High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor.
- Working towards KPIs and targets, both independently and as a team.
As an Investment Consultant you will need to have:
- Previous experience of working within the investment space (1 year).
- Experience dealing with High Net Worth clients.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Handle and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to targets.
- Accurate labelling of calls and CRM management.
Successful sales people can expect to earn in excess of £70,000 in year one.
