We are seeking ambitious, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our growing investment brokerage team as a Trainee Sales Broker. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience who is looking to build a long-term career within the investment and fine art sector. The role is heavily telephone-based and focused on generating opportunities for our senior art dealers by engaging with prospective investors and building strong relationships. Successful candidates will be highly driven, confident communicators, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting between 200–300 prospective investors per day
- Building rapport and identifying potential client interest
- Introducing investors to our fine art investment opportunities
- Qualifying prospects and gathering relevant information
- Booking telephone consultations and face-to-face meetings for Senior Art Dealers
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions within the CRM system
- Following up with prospective clients when required
- Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Contributing to a positive and energetic sales environment
