Junior Insurance Broker

We are looking for ambitious and driven Insurance Broker to join our growing insurance brokerage in Chelmsford . This is a sales-focused role , where you will be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in insurance. You will be responsible for contacting inbound leads , understanding their requirements, providing suitable insurance options, and converting enquiries into new business. You will be working with warm, high-quality leads , so there is no cold calling involved. Key Responsibilities Contact inbound leads who have requested information about insurance Build rapport with customers and understand their insurance requirements Provide quotations and explain insurance products clearly Identify suitable cover based on each customer's needs Handle objections and confidently close sales Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Follow up with customers to maximise conversion opportunities Maintain accurate customer records and sales information Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process Work as part of a motivated and target-driven sales team About You We are looking for candidates who are: Confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone Target-driven and motivated by earning potential Persuasive, professional and able to build rapport quickly Resilient and able to handle objections Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Focused on achieving and exceeding targets Previous telesales, insurance, financial services, car sales or B2C sales experience is desirable Insurance experience is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate. What matters most is your sales ability, attitude and desire to succeed .
