My client is an international wealth management firm helping businesses manage their currency requirements and secure competitive FX rates. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Dubai office as Junior FX Brokers. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to launch a career in financial services while relocating to one of the world's leading business hubs. Full relocation support, including flights and accommodation, will be provided.
The Role
As a Junior FX Broker, you will be responsible for contacting businesses by phone, introducing our foreign exchange services, and generating opportunities for senior brokers. This is a fast-paced, telephone-based sales role focused on new business development. You will receive comprehensive training and work alongside experienced professionals within a high-performance sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce companies to our foreign exchange services and competitive FX rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for businesses with international payment requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and appointments for senior brokers.
- Maintain accurate records and client information within the CRM system.
- Work towards and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with foreign exchange markets and industry developments.
Requirements
- Previous telesales, outbound sales, or business development experience.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
