This is a telephone-based sales position, working with a high volume of warm and inbound leads from individuals interested in art, luxury assets and alternative investments.
You will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients, understanding their investment objectives and introducing them to carefully selected art investment opportunities. The role involves building rapport quickly, handling objections confidently and guiding clients through the sales process from initial conversation through to completion.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced telesales professional who is comfortable selling high-value products and enjoys working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Contact and qualify inbound and warm leads by telephone.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand clients' interests, objectives and purchasing/investment requirements.
Present and pitch art investment opportunities confidently over the phone.
Explain the proposition clearly and professionally, adapting your approach to different clients.
Handle objections and questions effectively.
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
Work towards and consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop long-term client relationships and identify further sales opportunities.
Work closely with the wider sales and client management teams.
About You We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, confident on the telephone and comfortable closing high-value sales.
Essential: Proven telesales experience.
A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent telephone communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident handling objections and closing sales.
Resilient, motivated and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Professional, articulate and persuasive communication style.
Comfortable discussing high-value purchases and financial concepts with clients.
Ideally, you will have experience in: Alternative investments
Art investment
Wealth management
Financial services
Property investment
Precious metals
Fine wine / whisky investment
Collectibles or other alternative asset classes
High-value or consultative telesales
Experience selling an investment proposition over the phone would be particularly advantageous.
What We Offer Competitive basic salary £30,000.
Uncapped commission structureup to 15% with significant earning potential.
