The role is heavily telephone-based and focused on generating opportunities for our senior art dealers by engaging with prospective investors and building strong relationships.Successful candidates will be highly driven, confident communicators, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Contacting between 200300 prospective investors per dayBuilding rapport and identifying potential client interestIntroducing investors to our fine art investment opportunitiesQualifying prospects and gathering relevant informationBooking telephone consultations and face-to-face meetings for Senior Art DealersMaintaining accurate records of client interactions within the CRM systemFollowing up with prospective clients when requiredWorking towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targetsContributing to a positive and energetic sales environmentWhat We're Looking For Previous sales experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence speaking with new people over the telephoneStrong work ethic and a positive attitudeAbility to handle objections and build interest with prospectsTarget-driven and motivated by earning commissionProfessional telephone mannerSelf-disciplined and resilientAbility to work effectively within a team environmentExperience in outbound salesExperience generating and opening new business opportunitiesAppointment-setting experienceExperience working in a high-volume calling environmentAll Junior Brokers are expected to develop into Senior Brokers within 612 months, subject to performance.
