Role Description
The Damp Proofing Technician is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Watford.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include inspecting residential and commercial properties for signs of damp, rot, condensation, and structural moisture issues, and accurately diagnosing the underlying causes.
The technician applies appropriate damp proofing systems, tanking solutions, and timber treatments, as well as carrying out re‑plastering and exterior rendering to restore affected areas.
