Prestige Corporate Events is one of the UK's leading corporate hospitality and sports travel providers.

From Formula 1 and Six Nations rugby to Royal Ascot, Cheltenham, and bespoke international itineraries, we deliver premium client experiences for FTSE, private-equity, and owner-managed businesses across the country.

We are a fast-growing, high-performance sales business running a short, high-velocity sales cycle - transactions typically close in days and weeks, not months.

Our people are the product: sharp on the phones, credible in the room, and relentless about client outcomes.

As we expand our London and Leicester sales floors, we are investing in a dedicated Sales Onboarding Manager to build the next generation of Prestige sales executives.

The Role

You will own the ramp.

New hires walk in green and walk out of your programme confident on the phones, sharp on objection handling, and closing inside a short sales cycle to hit board-approved KPIs.

You will run cohorts of up to 4 sales executives at a time, take them from day one through to certified live‑desk performance, and stay accountable for how they perform in their first 90 days on the floor.

What You Will Do

  • Design and run a structured onboarding programme for new sales executives: product, pitch, discovery, objection handling, and close.
  • Coach cohorts of up to 4 trainees at a time through live call reviews, role‑play, and desk‑side sessions.
  • Own trainee performance metrics: activity, conversion, first‑deal‑to‑close time, and 90‑day retention.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to keep training aligned with pipeline reality, not theory.
  • Refresh existing reps with monthly sharpening sessions on live objections, competitor moves, and new products.
  • Feed back to the Sales Director on hiring signal: who is coachable, who is not, and why.

What You Bring

  • A track record selling in a high‑activity, short‑cycle B2B phone‑based environment (events, media, recruitment, or similar) - days‑and‑weeks close cycles, not enterprise months.
  • Direct experience coaching or managing junior sales people to quota.
  • The instinct to run a room: you can hold four trainees accountable without losing them.
  • Comfort with numbers: you can read a scorecard, spot the leak, and fix it in the next session.
  • A straight‑talking, high‑standards, high‑support style.
  • What You Get
  • GBP 40,000 basic salary.
  • Bonus tied to trainee ramp and retention, with uncapped upside as your cohorts hit target. Central London office, in person.
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director, with real ownership of the training programme. Genuine influence on how Prestige scales its sales floor over the next three years.
