Key Responsibilities- Create and publish LinkedIn posts on behalf of the team
- Capture day‑to‑day content in our new office as your primary setting
- Film and edit short‑form videos for Reels and LinkedIn
- Post consistently on Instagram, manage a simple content calendar and basic analytics
- Reply to inbound DMs and enquiries, escalating warm leads to Sales
- Capture content at company socials and client events when needed
- Stay on top of trends and best practice across formats, platforms and algorithms
- Encourage and coach staff to self‑capture content using prompts and simple guidelines
- Strong grasp of LinkedIn and Instagram best practice
- Confident filming people in office and event environments, with tidy editing skills
- Clear, concise written English and an eye for on‑brand visuals
- Organised, proactive and reliable self‑starter
- Interest in events, sport, music or hospitality is a plus
- Comfortable managing consent and brand guidelines when featuring staff and clients
You will sit within our wider Marketing and Tech team, collaborating closely with Sales and Event Management to plan shot lists, keep the office content engine running, and turn live moments into polished posts that drive engagement and enquiries.
