- At least 12 months’ telesales experience, ideally in hospitality, events or B2B
- A confident, persuasive speaker who thrives in a competitive, high-volume environment
- Able to engage CEOs, MDs and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Strong knowledge of sports and live events – especially F1, football, and festivals
- A closer - not just a talker – who knows how to ask for the sale
- Hungry to earn, hungry to grow, and ready to do what others won’t to obtain what others don't have
