Telesales Agent - Corporate Hospitality & Sports Travel Sales
Location: East Croydon (office-based, Mon–Fri)
Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £50,000 - £100,000

What You’ll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to business owners and senior decision-makers
- Pitch high-value hospitality and travel packages tailored to client entertainment
- Operate in a short, fast-paced sales cycle - no slow nurturing, no drawn-out processes
- Focus on volume, energy, and closing - every day is a sales day

- At least 12 months’ telesales experience, ideally in hospitality, events or B2B
- A confident, persuasive speaker who thrives in a competitive, high-volume environment
- Able to engage CEOs, MDs and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Strong knowledge of sports and live events – especially F1, football, and festivals
- A closer - not just a talker - who knows how to ask for the sale
- Hungry to earn, hungry to grow, and ready to do what others won’t to obtain what others don’t have
